For added privacy & security – SBO has enhanced the appointment system through addition of Date of Birth (DOB) field.

Effective Monday May 2, 2016, the following information will be required to view, edit or cancel an existing online appointment:

• Appointment Confirmation ID
• Applicants Date of Birth

The appointment system will not allow any changes to an existing appointment without these TWO required items.
